Abstract

Personal branding is the process of building one's identity by highlighting one's uniqueness, advantages, values, interests, skills and contributions, thereby creating positive perceptions from other people.  In a business context, personal branding not only strengthens your brand but also differentiates itself from competitors, making it a unique selling point (USP).  Combining personal persona and brand will strengthen competitiveness and build customer trust, create positive relationships, and open new business opportunities.  In addition, personal branding increases the credibility of the business owner in the eyes of customers, investors and employees, and contributes to attracting quality talent that is in line with the company's vision.  This process also allows business owners to become thought leaders in their industry by sharing insights and shaping the narrative around them.  With trust built, personal branding opens up opportunities to appear on various platforms such as social media, public events and publications, which ultimately strengthens your reputation as an influential person and influences industry trends.
