Abstract

This article discusses the issue of human resource planning as a strategy to respond to the dynamic and competitive business environment to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. It also addresses the stages and processes of human resource planning in the short, medium, and long term, and examines the extent of the relationship between human resources and strategic business planning, including administrative relationships, one-way relationships, two-way relationships, and integrative linkages. The final section of the article emphasizes the importance of obtaining sources of competitive advantage and focusing human resources on business-related issues as a means to integrate human resource falsification into strategic business efforts.
